    Hi All

    it’s been 2 years of my running . Have started barefoot ( not 100% ) since last 6-7 months .
    will like to participate more and increase my long runs in barefoot only

    Hi GC, and welcome!
    I think the next step to barefoot running is just do it, but don't overdo it! Try a small distance, come back smiling, then do the same again another day.

    It looks like you already have joined our India Chapter. There are lots of barefoot running clubs throughout India. Have you tried searching online for them?
