I've been BFR since fall of last year, it's going really really well. I've participated in one group run with the MI chapter of the society which was a pleasure even though it was a small group. I'll be at the Grand rapids Naked Foot 5k if anyone wants to meet there.
I've really only been running for a couple of years and glad I discovered this because it was no fun before. I'm chronicling my adventures in races and training in my blog. I like trail and mud races and am planning on doing at least half of the Chicago marathon barefoot. It's my hometown and will be my first marathon. I'd love to meet anyone who has the same ambition there to train or meet for the race.
