So a little background story to say hi.

I first heard about barefoot running while I was doing some research on the vibram shoes after hearing some good things about em. At first I found it hard to believe that people actually did it. Then after thinking on it myself and looking some more into it. I decided to try running again, barefoot... I've had a bad relationship with my running shoes ever since. Something about how I never wear em anymore.

I always "enjoyed" running. Although I always did most of my running as a means to an end. Now, i've finally started running simply for the pleasure of it.

Anywho, its amazing. I'm looking foward to more running

Running barefoot is a diffent

Running barefoot is a diffent animal, no doubt, and brings a lot of new, fresh smiles to the faces of those who try it and those who watch it.

Welcome!
