My name is Thijmen, and i'm here because i started walking in minimalist shoes this summer, for now i'm still walking on sockwa x8 shoes, but during winter i'll need some insulation.

I don't run (yet), but do use minimalist shoes as casual/daily shoes, and i'm mostly interested in how to improve my form and move more naturally. (Mostly more agile and faster)

While i want to run, i don't want to schedule it, i'm terrible with doing stuff because i have to and will always find ways not to do so.

Well my writing is a mess at the moment but i think this counts for an introduction

If you don't want to schedule runs just focus on always running slow, easy and enjoyably! Try not to make it a workout any more than a leisure walk is a workout. Keep your runs meditative and relaxed. If you stick to that you'll get good at running because you're always actively trying to find time to go on those enjoyable runs rather than trying to find motivation.
