I have been giving this barefoot running a try for about a year now and I love it. My tendons and bones are beginning to shape up.
Also after a lot of trial and error I think I'm starting to run a bit more correctly. I mean now when my foot lands it feels a bit softer rather than smashing into the ground, although there is definite smashing when I'm not paying attention. I guess I'm finally starting to get the hang of it (I think).
