I am thankful to be a new member here. Nice to see that I may not be such a freak after all.
I have been running barefoot since 2012 and enjoy it. It took some getting used to, but it was well worth it.
Some people think it's cute. Some think it's crazy. Some have even stopped me in the middle of my run so they could take my picture so they could post it on whatever social media site they belong to.
Regardless, being the "barefoot running guy" in my neighborhood has made a "legend" according to one neighbor.
