Hello runners!

I've been running as a way to get some cardio in my life since I got into college. It's been on and off but it became more consistent when I hit my junior year. My trail to barefoot running started when I read a blog about "Chirunning" (my sophomore year?), which led to more searches on any one's "form" in running, and finally led to barefoot running about a year or so later. Since the start of my seraches, I had slowly transitioned from my clunky pronation control shoes I had been outfitted with at the start of college, to thinner running shoes, to barefoot/minimalist. It's come to a point where even minimalist shoes feel a tad unusual at times. I've been barefoot running on most of my runs now for about 6-7 months now and it's been amazing!
