    I am not sure if this resource has been shared in the past, but it is a good reminder nevertheless. Like many of you, I have not taken good care of my feet for most of my life. Along with a good diet, mental health, and general self-care, I am also focusing on the health of my feet. In my research, I found this excellent resource that I wanted to share with all of you. There is a lot of focus on repair damage from years of neglect.

    This women in this video has great barefoot running form and looks so happy while running. The video is a bit repetative but the information is good.
