Hey all,

New member here so forgive me if this has been covered.

I am transitioning my footwear to all barefoot, but still go lots of footwear that isn't barefoot. Some I like to keep because I like their style, others purely from a functional point of view - haven't seen barefoot walking boots that will cope with UK winter mud! Plus I can't afford to switch everything overnight.

So, are there any products and/or hacks people have used to adapt what they have to something closer to barefoot. Toe box and sole thickness are tricky to adapt, but tried any products that would raise the forefoot to something approaching zero drop? Or is it just cut the insole in half and lose the heel portion?

Any suggestions welcome.
