In 10 mins and a few times along the beach, but hey at least it's done with an open mind.
What I noticed is that when running shod - she tended to have a midfoot to forefoot landing. Her gait changed to a pronounced forefoot landing when unshod. I believe that if she had a long striding heel striking gait when shod - the barefoot running would have had a more positive result to her. Just my observation.
