We would love to start scheduling consistent group runs -- it's a great way to meet friends, learn from each other, and enjoy running! I'm always hunting new fun places to run. Trails are my favorite, but I run on pavement much of the time. Anywhere in the Nashville area is open, including Murfreesboro.

Also, if you are planning to run any upcoming races in Tennessee, please let us know! We may see you there!

Found a new trail in Williamson County. It's behind Heritage Middle School in Spring Hill. There are two trails that intersect at several points. One is 1 mile and the other is 2 miles. You can easily route a 2 - 5 mile run or more if you repeat loops. There are some good climbs as well but nothing like Mossy Ridge Trail in Percy Warner. We should plan a run there next weekend. Anyone interested?

Wish I could. I've been out (hurt) for about 5 weeks and probably have 2 more to go. Have fun though!

Sorry to hear about that. Stress fracture? I think my pain was just tendonitus thankfully. I was taking it easy for the past few weeks and seem back to normal now. Just keeping my runs light and easy untilmarathon training. Oh yeah, did I mention I'm doing the CMM full in April?

Darren, you want to try for Saturday morning? Say 7AM?

Yeah, 3/4 metatarsals. I've been good about staying in a boot and off my feet so I'm hopeful this is nearly done. No bueno. Are you really doing the full? Good for you. Not this year for me although I might do the half again and would love to do the full eventually. When do you start training?

Y'all have fun on Saturday. Daren -- no race this weekend? You've been tearing it up :)

Anyone want to do a run in Dickson? There are some good trails at Montgomery Bell State Park. I am thinking about doing 2-3 miles.

You wouldn't happen to have directions to where we are going? :)

    sorry about the injury.

It's odd not to have a race. Next one is the Blvd. bolt in Belle Meade on Thanksgiving morning. It's a small race. Only about 8000 people. :) So I'm in it for fun not time.
