Adrianne (Andy) and I live out in the St. Charles, MO area. We regularly run trails at Lost Valley, Lewis &Clark, some Katy Trail if anyone is interested. We also bring our Briards (Dogs) along just for fun. We have run at night during the winter so all options are open. Best times for us: Saturday mornings, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday after 5:30PM.
