During my recent vacation in Austrian Alps me and my brother hiked to the summit of Großes Tragl (2184 m) in Toten Gebirge region. Although all the big limestone plates just called for going barefoot they were also pretty sharp at places. We both managed to finish it barefoot and had a great time as always. Great conditioning for the plantar skin.
