A little event that I am involved in that I would appreciate your support with. The Grizzly 50km Ultra Race Director and The Ultimate Fit Centre Running Store in Canmore, AB have challenged me to run their race barefoot. We have turned it into a charity event with money raised going to support two awesome charities, including Ted's Run For Literacy in Winnipeg and Kidsport Bow Valley locally in Canmore, AB (nestled in the Rocky Mountains just outside of Banff). With this P. Barker will also be running this with me barefoot and we are planning to bring some awesome exposure to Barefoot Running as well.
