I just wanted to pop in and say hi. I'm new to the forum and BFR in general, although I am not new to running. I am out of shape though. So far, running BF has been a fascinating experience. I'm in KC KS, not too far from Wy Co Lake (http://www.psychowyco.com/id6.html), so I might look into the Trail Nerds stuff when I get a little fitter. Bob

Thanks!I think the joke at Thanks! I think the joke at one point was mostlybob and a little bit Robert. I put a greeting in the Kansas chapter forum. It seems lightly used, though, although I'm always on the look out for like-minded soles, as it were.
We would like to see more We would like to see more activity with this chapter, no doubt. Hopefully, things will start to pick up for them, especially with spring around the corner.
