Hello everyone

I’m Kwok from BC, been a serious runner for the last 5-6 years. Started out in my injury boots and every year or so drop a couple mm in the heel, till finally I think I de-evolved enough to go barefoot. Still lots to learn, but I figure I am at the right place.
