My name is Marco or Bodhi. This is my nickname since 1990.
I am 43 years old and live in the most densely populated city in Germany (Hagen).
My passion for running has existed since 2001 and since 2009 I run Ultrastrecken.
Again and again I have many problems with my running shoes in the last years, so I tried last year barefoot. The summer was also very passable. Only in the winter I went back to running shoes. A serious mistake, which caused me problems with the Achilles. Now I start slowly completely barefoot.
Of course, I have to screw down my workouts to get used to my feet.
I'm curious to see where my new path will lead me.
