International Barefoot Running Day (IBRD) is on Sunday, May 5. Now's the time to start planning for your IBRD event. You don't have to be a chapter president of a BRS club to get one going. You just need the desire to want to hook up with some buddies in your area and go for a fun-friendly run together.
Just go to the IBRD link and click on the IBRD Event Registration Page link and enter your info. We will review it, then add it to the IBRD Local Events Listing page.
Then contact everyone you know via the BRS Chapter closest to you (see the Chapters link above), through the IBRD forum, the main Barefoot & Minimalist Running forum if you wish, the BRS's main Facebook page, the BRS Chapter Facebook page (if it exists), your own Facebook page, your own Blog, and anywhere else you can think of; then...
