Funny drunk conversations about my barefoot running

So Sat. afternoon I did a 4 miler barefoot (my longest so far btw!) I went out of town 2 miles and came back. The harvest is going on so there were a large number of farmers trucking grain into town. I happen to know most of them. That night there was a big open house I went to. The alcohol flowed freely. I had about 6 people come up to me and basically the jist of the first question was...."what the hell were you doing running down the highway without shoes on today!?" So I told them all about the benefits of barefoot running, my story with it, all while we were all pretty inebriated.
