Christopher McDougall, author of the international sensation Born to Run, just kicked off the Born to Run 2 Tour with his co-author and coach, Eric Orton!
They're stopping in multiple cities across the US to promote the release of the long-awaited sequel: Born to Run 2: the Ultimate Training Guide. The tour started this weekend in Harlem, NYC and ends in Denver, CO. At each stop, the pair will join local running groups to teach free running form clinics, using tips from the new book. A few other stops include Boston, Philly, Baltimore, Charlotte, San Diego, and Los Angeles.
