    I don’t know if someone has already posted this or not, I could not find. But this is a book about your foot, the mechanics, the movement and many different strengthening exercises also has the science of shoes. She is definitely a minimalist and a movement expert. She talks about body alignment from the feet up through knees, hips, spine. I will leave the link on Amazon here.
