I'd add that I love my Soft Star Dash in wide for business casual, in black or chocolate. Very comfy and flexible plus perfectly flat sole. However they are on the edge of what would pass for business but I have not had anyone question them in a couple years. You can see your toes through them the material is so soft.

In that article the FER and ZETONE don't even look minimalist at all to me. Raised heels and pointy toe, why are they even on the list? And the Skora are certainly not business appropriate. I don't have the model Lems they tested, but they have the same shape as my Lems boots and I do like them a lot. Thick sole, but flat un-contoured and nice wide blunt toebox which I think is more important in a shoe than super thin soles.
