Date: Tue 08/23/11 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM EDT Link: Lnkn to E.H.M. 5k For anyone in the Delaware area there will be a 5k for Extreme Home Makeover on Tues 8/23 (link is below) The course is semi-barefoot friendly, it is on a trail that is covered in the most part by crushed gravel so if you're just starting out I can't recommend this as a barefoot race so bring your minimal shoes! If you've got some good barefoot miles, come one down and have a go! I've run this course barefoot and there are a couple areas that caused slight explitives but for the most part it's a good course.
