Thank you for that Mike! It was an interesting day! There were some struggles but I didn't quit! I took a quick post race video to quickly show the wear and tear on my dogs... They are a bit sore and tender but with all the water I am drinking they are staying fresh and not drying and cracking up. Take a look:
Yes, me too... Some of the streets were pretty rough with no traffic grooves to dial into... Pretty much all of forest park parkway from Grand to Kingshighway. I also met this dude www.marathonmanworld.com... Ran with him for awhile and he interviewed me for his website.. Dude is insane runner! Going for 160 marathons in one year!
