Howdy, Chicago-area BFRs: Is anybody planning to run the Chicago Half this Sunday? I am signed up, but due to outside forces, I don't know whether I will actually be able to run. I may also drop down to the 5K. I am hour-to-hour at this point. If you are planning to run the half or 5K and would like to meet up and run together, just let me know. We can figure out a place and time. Also, I live only a few blocks from the start/finish area on a permit only street. I have a couple of extra permits I can offer to fellow barefooters. Let me know. Dont need luck bro im bringin da skills! Lol kidding but yea Il pyt up a report and hopfully get some pics to post. Oh and the oak brook marathon last week, not too cool, lots of hills and over half of it was rocks and dirt paths not like map said. I got through it fine no blisters no cuts but man I had to slow through it big time! Oh well nice weather.
