This is a great marathon, run on quiet city streets and a scenic bike path along Lake Michigan between Charlevoix and Petoskey. Its a smaller race, but growing every year. Its a Boston Qualifier with great aid stations and a very well organized group running the race. Haven't done it barefoot yet, but the course is smooth, run on nicely paved streets and pathways.
