Did the last Chance Half mary on Sunday

This was my tenth half mary but first barefoot. Throughly enjoyed the run as I represented with my new custom BRS shirt.

Best part, running with Barefoot Neil.

His RRs are always excellent with a mini in race interview video.

The shirt is definitely great

The shirt is definitely great for winter, tighter weave, very silky.



Keeping your feet dry to condition them came from a comment from Preston Curtis

"Even having a foot in a shoe all day creates over a pint of sweat and the foot gets moist and loses it's edge by not maintaining dry supple feet."
