New barefoot experience. While stringing miniature Christmas lights on the tree I stepped on and crushed one of the tiny bulbs under my bare foot. Oh - and they were plugged in at the time! 
Fortunately no shock, and no cuts from the broken glass! A good story to tell all of those "But what about stepping on broken glass?!" folks!
