Yay.Paleo is an interesting topic for athletes - you gotta get carbs, and often fast carbs. I went full paleo for a while and was struggling hard until I came across a book called The Paleo Diet for Athletes. In short, beer after you run would be A-OK .
Going to do some weights for hour and then alternate sipping Moosehead with Red Hook IPA the whole afternoon while doing chump work around the house and yard . . .Ahead of you 9:45 am, finished 8 mile run needed some carbs and fluids and happened to be near a Moosehead beer.
