Becoming uncomfortable to run

    i've finally reached the wall of running. :(. My body is just too lumbering to run comfortably ATM. I'll stick to calisthenics and yoga for now. Any advice for running withdrawal?

    Hi Mandy! What's changed to make you feel so lumbery?

    I've been awol for what feels like a couple years. Have I missed something significant?

    Yup! A jogging stroller is in our registry. I hope to only need a month or so to recover.

    I would say maybe walking since it's a bit less intense than running is. Especially walking barefoot
