I haven't gotten any snow runs in yet this season, mainly because we had no snow until last week, and I've been tied up with holiday related stuff (excuses, excuses.)

BUT I did get some good barefoot snow shovelling in this weekend. We had about 3 inches fall on Saturday and another 3 on Sunday. Both days I shovelled the driveway and front patio (not deep enough to get the snow blower out, but I didn't want to drive on it and pack it down).

Took almost exactly a half hour each day, and I stayed barefoot the whole time. Air temperature between 30F and 32F both days. Good foot conditioning for winter running.

Attracts a few odd looks from the neighbors, but they know me well by now. :D
