Too bad there's not more on the research or a link to it, but it does give a call out to the BRS, although it does have our name a little wrong and says we only have 2,000 members, when we actually have over 4,500 (all registered and verified personally by me ).
Neat! That's in my neck of the woods. Haven't seen any other barefooters around here though. Did a 5k a few months ago, and I was the only one in min shoes. I was slower back then, first race, ground was wet, didn't want to stick out too much, excuses, excuses, etc. Anyway, if I can drop a couple more minutes off my time and get into the low 20's, I might do some 5k's next year, just to represent.
