Hi all I have been running barefoot 100% since last 4/5 months .my longest barefoot run is 50K ( On asphalt . I recently attempted 100k ( all asphalt road ) but felt numbness in my soles and quit at 60K . It took 4-5 days to recover but still unable to feel stability in my soles like earlier .

what shall be need in situations like this , also I am starting my training for 100k again scheduled in last week of Jan 2021

You've made a lot of progress, but I think maybe too much progress in such a short amount of time. Allow your feet to heal, and pull back quite a bit on your distance when you're ready to run again. Good luck!

Numbness in your soles could mean low back problems.

I agree with TJ, you're doing too much too soon.
Congrats, running 50-60K after 4/5 months of BF running is really impressive!
