Ran barefoot during my PFT at Command and General Staff College. I've been doing this since 2010. Nobody from the chain of command has been bothering me about it. I guess it helps that I'm an O-5. Today, I'm passing this skill to my battalion.

Those are great photos, Michael! Do you see many others in the army running barefoot or with minimalist shoes? Love it that you are teaching it to your battalion! Thanks for sharing! :snaphappy:

Nice pics Sir Mike! Hope one day I can join your runs, in ComVal or with the other barefooters in Manila. Really glad to see many soldiers now running to keep fit. When I ran with soldiers in Aleosan NorthCot last February, I couldn't keep up with them. :-(
