Barefoot running adaptation schedule - can you experts evaluate it?

Hey guys, the ABC news piece that we are discussing on the forum today includes a link to a barefoot-running adaptation plan by this guy from the Running Injury Clinic in Canada. I took a look at the plan (which is HERE, starting on the second page of the document), and it seems to be relatively informed. For example it suggests starting on level surfaces instead of grass.

Can you experts out there (LPJ? anybody?) review this? I am thinking of linking to it in the Library but want to know if you think it's worthy.
