I think my life has changed since I started walking barefoot because I have less stress, less pain in my back and legs, and I feel more connected to the earth. There's a lot of health benefits to being in nothing but bare feet but I think the best health benefit is just being happy! What about you guys?

Same. Some people swear they are sick less too.
