Barefoot at the zoo

So who all has been barefoot at Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha Nebraska? I'm going there with my best friends in August and I'm going to try going there barefoot since they're accepting of my barefoot lifestyle. I'm also going to have my FiveFingers with me just in case. But what tips do you guys have?

Just carry your VFFs in case someone asks you to put on shoes.

I went barefoot at the local zoo here before because my shoes were hurting my feet. I didn't have any trouble.

Have fun! The concrete surfaces are pretty comfortable, especially since they keep them clean at the city zoos.

I talked to another friend of mine who's a barefooter and she said to wear shoes while in public bathrooms. Which makes sense. She also said if I'm being given a hard time to just try and educate them about why I'm doing what I'm doing and to bring a mini first aid kit if I get sore spots or nicks
