I'm finally getting some more miles under my soles after a long hiatus with my knee issue. I need to build up my stamina again, I'm only doing shorter runs at the moment and will soon go back to doing Park Runs. I do so much gym work these days I need to squeeze some running into my schedule. I want to make sure my knee stays strong so I'll keep up the strength training. I'm taking a small group out to do some sprint training on Saturday. Here are the soles after 4km, I can still do it. Regards Neil
