Just popping by to say hi and that I am finally getting back into barefoot running. Since my last post a few years back I have dropped a lot of weight and continued to just wear minimalist shoes (when needing to wear shoes) and just let my foot tendons heal up. I hope to ease back into running and this time I'm going to stick to being truly barefoot when I run...no mixing in shoes, even VFF's as I don't want to repeat my injury.
