    Barefoot Leah has suggested that we try and get as many people as we can to do their local parkrun in bare feet on this day to support her in her first ever barefoot 5K run at the Maldon Prom parkrun in Essex, UK.

    Please RSVP to confirm that you will be running in bare feet on this day and invite all your friends to join you.

    We also ask that all runners report their name, position, time, age grade and parkrun location after their run, so that we can publish a table of results on this web site.
