    bit of info on what sort of backend 'skillz' your talking about might be good.... python?, perl? mysql? php? apache? html/css? AS400?!?

    Just comfy around manipulating data, when it's needed, sort of like site admin work. For example, if I asked you to add donor foot prints to members' accounts or create a Library page (entering the various studies on healthy running, etc.) (HTML/CSS, XenForo--which not many people have experience working with since it's a new platform).
