So I’m reading Whole Body Barefoot...
...and come across some information regarding feet ‘growing’ as they’re retrained to live outside the shoe coffin. I realized a couple of pairs of my 5 Toes have been feeling a little snug since I last wore them and assumed it was due to being wet and shrinking. Now I’m thinking it’s due to my feet being increasingly unfettered/unrestricted by footwear. Can anyone else weigh in on this and confirm my thoughts?
