i should go back and add all

i should go back and add all my miles for the month.

just finished 5 miles about one hour ago in my Vff's at a 11:46 mile pace

(i live downtown Long Beach no way i'm gonna go full skin on these streets)

What are the streets like in

What are the streets like in Long Beach. I imagined the opposite. How close are you to the shore? Any cool boardwalks near there? I miss the boardwalks in San Diego. I loved that gritty sand feeling spread across the concrete boardwalks.

I'm a mile from the

I'm a mile from the beach there is a very nice concrete path in the beach about 3 miles long that goes all the way to the Boardwalk which is incredibly nice , we got the Seaside village and the Aquarium of the Pacific and that great view of the Queen Mary, but I have to cross two blocks of sober living homes and hospices on the way there so there is always tons of cigarette butts and spit and since there is no grass the sidewalks are always smeared with dog poop and the pavement is that pokey one, feels like they didn't put the finishing coat on it you know what am talking bout? so yeah maybe i should ride my bike there next time then run

That's a good idea.  Ride you

That's a good idea. Ride you bike to the good places to run. That sounds like a wonderful place to run, minus the getting there. ;-)
