So I don't think my left second toe is broken or anything but when I go to put too much pressure on it, it feels tender, even when I go to bend it. If anyone had this issue, let me know.

Sounds like a bit of a bruise to me -have you stubbed it on something, or maybe trodden on a small rock/stone? I know I've done that in the past and not felt any stiffness until the next day..

I can't believe I didn't update on this post. The toe isn't tender anymore and I can walk normally on it again. Shoutout to @Barefoot TJ for giving me tips on how to handle it. I put ice on it while I was at a hotel in Minnesota and gave it a bit of rest while wearing "regular" shoes and that pretty much did the trick.
