i had also meant to mention how you need stress to get your body stronger but knowing how much is enough and what is too much is tricky. err on less. it takes longer to recover from injury than to just play it safe.

Sorry Steve, you are going to think I am an A$$ for arguing some of your posts. For the sake of discussion, that does not exist. Even the pros, coaches, barefoot gurus will occasionally get injured, it just happens. Sure, being barefoot helps tremendously, but it is not the cure all.
