Another BFR makes the news!

Hey everybody, I just got my 15 minutes of fame.

Several weeks ago the editor of an online paper and I coincidentally connected and she found out I run barefoot. Well, she was absolutely intrigued and said she HAD to do a story on me. I mentioned the BRS but the link didn't make it to the story. No worries though, I wear my BRS gear whenever I run unshod. And I still have about eleven-teen business cards to hand out.

Not too bad a write-up - as far as accuracy goes.

Great positive publicity,

Great positive publicity, good deal man! I liked the part about the arch support, it is so true since I hardly ever wear shoes at all. My arch is very high, and feet are muscular. Shoes mainly do nothing but hurt your feet. There are circumstances where using them as tools are needed, rarely but true. But, my soles are good to go for 98% of everything I do.
