Next weekend is the Ko'Olina Sprint Tri. This is exciting because it'll be my first repeat triathlon. This is the one that got me going and I'm very excited to see how far I've come over the last 365.
I'm an unapologetic VFF enthusiast and will be doing the run course in my Bikilas, but there is forced barefoot running for everyone at this race because the swim course follows four lagoons. So it's swim/run 150 yards/swim/run 200 yards/repeat. Aint no shoes there. Fun race!
