Hey, she is barefoot too! Was she with one of our families?

I don't think so. She passed me during the final mile and was looking real strong. Never saw her or her family by our headquarters, but she did win an age group medal and the announcer commented that she ran it barefoot.

Yeah but still a good action shot rounding the corner. And from the body /center of gravity thing at least WE all realize that you HAD to be barefoot to accomplish that perfect form!

Yep, that's Diane, in her first ever race. I think she enjoyed it!
Now she wants to train for the pump and run as well.
Meanwhile she's busy training for a 300 mile/three day Make a Wish Foundation cycling event in July.
Good thing teachers get summers off!
