Just a quick reminder of how easy it is to participate in the Amis Sans Shoes Barefoot 10K 2014 ....
1. Click Going on one of the event pages on the Amis Sans Shoes FB page (www.facebook.com/amissansshoes) or post details of when and where you will do your run/walk/hike and invite other people to join you.
2. Sign up at http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/amis-sans-shoes-tickets-10181911371.
3. Receive your race bib and information pack.
4. Do your 10K run/walk/hike with at least one other barefooter, anytime, anywhere between 1st March and 31st August. (No shoes, socks or sandals remember!)
5. Post photos and details of your event to the Amis page and claim your super cool fluorescent orange embroidered running hat.
We ship to all countries.
All proceeds go to CARE International.
