Alright right kids time to celebrate an kick off those boots you've been wearing. Come out to " the spot" at 1pm. Chat, warm up, run, cool down, and eat and drink. If you're lucky i will teach some dynamic warm ups and cool downs. Be there or be fired!
Is the spot personal, or just an ordinary secret? The only one I can think of is the Aspen trail head. Unless you mean to skip the run altogether and go straight to Dick's for beer and fries. AND our church service finishes up at 12:15. If you reschedule for 1 PM I would be grateful. The wife might be, too.
